Thank you for shopping at Lo’s Couture. We are happy to see that you have placed an order with us! For any orders Damaged on arrival please notify us within 10 days via email ‘lorenascandles1208@gmail.com’ You will need proof of damaged items such as a photograph/video file. From here on we will send out a New Item directly to your shipping address to fulfill the damaged one that you received.

If the product that you need replaced is out of stock and/or unavailable, you have the choice of picking another item that equates to the damaged one you received or a full refund to the original form of payment with the order.

For items that are used/altered from the original state will not be counted as a form of damage and will not be compensated for said product.

For any order(s) placed within 24 hours or less are eligible for cancellation. A Refund will be charged back to your original form of payment. Once items are shipped out, it is out of the companies reach. (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
